Art Commission Request

Payment

All payments are processed through a secure page on my website, www.shadowedparallels.com. Charcoal and Black Ink art commissions require full payment upfront to hold your spot. For oil paintings, 50% down deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is collected once the painting is finished and prepared for shipment. Your spot is confirmed once the initial payment is submitted.

Turnaround Time and Shipping

These commission spots apply to May 2026. I’m opening 12 spots total, with 4 available in each category. Once your payment is received and your spot is secured, I’ll begin working on your piece. May commissions are estimated to be completed and ready to ship by May 30th.

Shipping is free within the U.S. and all artwork will include a solid black frame. (International shipping cost will be calculated and provided before work begins.)
